I first met Trish over the phone, when she contacted me from one of my inquiries. Although I had received tons of calls from other people, I was so impressed with how quickly she contacted me and how warm and sincere she seemed over the phone. I think we talked for about 45 minutes on that first phone call and before we hung up, I made plans to head to the beach to look at properties! The ladies came together as a package deal, and after only a short time, I realized why they were such a good team. They were completely prepared to show me every single house that I was interested in and also knew everything about the area that I wanted to see. Trish and Taylor worked quickly to set up my showings, helped me with referrals and actually did so much of the groundwork for me that the whole process was just effortless. We closed in less than 30 days on the house of my dreams! Another thing that I have to mention, is that this mother and daughter team made this experience so much fun for me! No doubt, they are both knowledgeable and extremely professional, but we hit it off so well when we met, I felt like I was looking for houses with my sisters! Because I bought my house about 10 days before Hurricane Michael- Trish and Taylor practically held my hand before it hit. I had already left the city and Taylor personally drove to my new house and secured everything outside. Trish called and assured me that they would drive over and give me a full report after the storms died down. (Outstanding follow-up!) I truly hit the jackpot with these two sweet ladies. Trish and Taylor were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would not consider using anyone else in future investments.

They helped me find a house that had all the traits I desired, even though I had to look at a bunch of houses. They are helpful and have the professional knowledge to make buying a house simple. My house closed on time with their efforts and professionalism. I would use them to buy all my future houses.
